The property manager, Liz, is highly praised for her excellent service and quick response to maintenance needs. Many tenants have loved their stay, with some staying for years, and consider Liz's management a highlight of their experience.
I’ve lived at the Lofts on La Brea for over 2 years and love it here. The apt is great. It’s super convenient. I feel very safe here. Any and all maintenance issues I’ve had were handled quickly and the communication is great with the management team!
Living here has truly been such a positive experience. Given the area, safety was one of the most important things to me when choosing a place to live, and this community has really made me feel comfortable and secure. After coming from a stressful previous living situation, it’s been refreshing to finally have peace of mind and feel at home.

Live at Lofts on La Brea from June 2025-May 2026 and had a genuinely positive experience. We loved our unit and the building staff are truly lovely. Anytime we needed something fixed (a light bulb for example) the maintenance team were very quick about it. Elizabeth in the leasing off was always great as well - super attentive and helpful with any questions. She even helped us find a new tenant to take over our lease a month early when we needed to move. If you're looking for a clean and modern loft with the best views of LA, this is your home!
