Great studio and all around experience. One of the best studios I have been to. Chris is an incredibly knowledgeable and friendly coach. Probably the best one out of all the F45 studios I have been to! I was visiting using Passport while traveling to LA - wish I could have taken a few more classes but had to return home :-)
I've been training at this gym for a while now, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The trainers are incredibly kind, professional, and truly dedicated to helping you reach your goals. They make you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. It's a welcoming and motivating environment, and I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. Highly recommended!
I absolutely love F45, this location, the workout and the team. Great mix of strength and cardio workouts. The only thing I don’t appreciate is when people choose to completely change the set workout and it affects the flow of the group - which is out of control of the staff, partially.
