Do NOT ever go here and have Sunshine as your stylist. Kept asking me if my hair was dry, burning my scalp, didn’t know how to do anything. Worst service I’ve ever had.
I love to go to drybar but I will never go back to the weho location. I waited 45 mins after my appointment before I was put in a chair. I understand 15 mins or so as a buffer for the stylist but 45?? There was no apology or accountability by anyone who worked there either. This happened to multiple people too, not just me. I also got the worst blow out I’ve ever gotten so I can’t say the wait was even worth it. I’m just so disappointed about my experience there and how poorly run it is. Definitely book at another location next time you consider getting a blowout.
AWFUL AWFUL place! They call and cancel knowing full well we have prom today. DONT bother coming here, they are flaky. Will NEVER come here again and will make sure non of my friends family or anyone else comes here AGAIN
