Hello, billy is a very bad service provider. he speaks too much without doing any thing. time waste......do not call or go for his beauty product.
Billy Lowe is incredibly talented. When I get a cut and color from him, I can never exactly describe what I want, but Billy is able to take what little direction I give him and never fails to surprise me with amazing hair. He has a great sense of how to cut hair to perfectly frame the face and makes the highlights look natural. Im so lucky my stylist from home recommended him to me. He is also a warm and charming person that I look forward to seeing every time I get my hair done. I highly recommend Billy!
I am beautiful because of Billie Lowe. Billie Lowe is the most spectacular stylist EVER! I am so particular about my hair-both color and cut and he made me look and feel so fabulous. Billie was so gracious while he gave me a new style. He pampered me while I was there and I just loved the experience. I went to see him the day before an important job interview. I felt so confident walking into that meeting- and I got the job! Billie Lowe is my stylist from now on! I love you, Billie!
