I got a massage here from Dina who was extremely knowledgeable about the technique she was doing which was similar to Gua sha (I forget the exact term she used), but it was extremely relaxing and put me into an intense relaxed state. I almost fell asleep twice... and I can't recommend her and the staff enough. When I first got in I was greeted by the friendliest receptionist who allowed me to use the locker room even before my massage (I came a bit early), to get settled and ready. Can't recommend this place enough.

Love this space! 4/5 because the fitness class times don't start early enough for me & would love to be able to take advantage of them more. Love Jessica- she's a great teacher!! As for the facilities, they're super clean and love the private sauna rooms!

Do not give this business your money!! The front reception is the rudest most disrespectful and dismissive staff I've ever experienced or could think of!! This used to be a great place to relax and enjoy but the front reception has turned it into a place of condescending, rude and entitled behavior. You can't even relax when you get inside. They are completely unhelpful and un knowledgeable about the space and treatments. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE A DIME OF YOUR MONEY. They are unappreciative and rude. They just deserve to be closed down at this point.

I’ve been a member at Artha going on 5 months.The management at this facility is terrible especially the manager KAZIA. She is highly unsophisticated, impersonal and sloppy in person and not a good representation of a “wellness” space. I’ve heard many other people with the same complaints about her. She seems like a very unhappy individual and everyone can sense that and ruins the vibe whenever she is around. Hopefully this low quality management issue is fixed soon.

I showed up for a 7 AM class I booked and the doors were locked and no one was there. Quite possibly the worst impression of a studio you can possibly get.

I've been a member at Artha going on 5 months. The management at this facility is terrible especially the manager KAZIA. She is highly unsophisticated and sloppy in person and not a good representation of a "wellness" space. I've heard many other people with the same complaints about her. She seems like a very unhappy individual and everyone can sense that and ruins the whole vibe when she is around. Definitely not going to be a member much longer if the owner doesn't fix this low quality management issue.

so appreciate the lovely people there, but it didn't have a warmth of any kind. I know it's not Burke Williams at all... But I had to walk the hallways in my towel or robe and clean, but not warm and charges too much. The treatments were incredible, but there's something to be said for at least soothing music when you are there, the guys and gals upfront? Awesome.

I hate to do this. Artha is a cool place but I’m doing the one star because the front desk staff is so horrible. This is a wellness spot and the front desk staff should be kind. Instead they have an attitude problem and if you look at other reviews you’ll see other people are having the same problem.Update:I left this review a few weeks ago and I can see that Artha responds to the positive reviews but doesn’t have the professional courtesy to respond to this or other negative reviews. I hope they see this as a means to improve upon their service.

WOW! I cannot recommend Artha enough. I left with revitalized energy and a tranquil state of mind! I started with the infrared sauna - coolest part? They offer multiple infrared light settings including red for anti aging & energizer, green for healing & regenerative, yellow for strength/regenerate internal tissue, indigo for release & rejuvenate, pink to cleanse, indigo for anti-inflammatory, violet for mind body balance, blue to stimulate muscle & circulatory system, orange for physical & mental awareness, and blue for calming & tension relief. THEN, I jumped from a steamy session of anti aging infrared goodness to a powerful cooling session with Cryotherapy. I could literally feel my muscles relaxing and my body challenging itself to be it's highest power. It's all in the energy of what this spot provides, not only is it clean, professional and high end, there's also PARKING! Additionally it comes with an adorable locker room and very friendly/helpful staff.Come to Artha, you will feel like a better version of yourself. It's welcoming for such a hot spot in West Hollywood and you will feel brand new. You will come back ;) thank me later!!!

This was my first time at Artha and I have to say I am greatly impressed! The ambiance and the girls there were so sweet and amazing and the sauna and cryotherapy was just what I needed on my day off! I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated at the same time- will definitely be back!
