“Had a great experience the other day. Been having water pressure issues. Brian showed up and patiently listened to my story, offered some helpful tips, and came up with a solution for a reasonable price, eventually installing an expansion tank on my water heater.

He was very forthcoming with information. I didn't have to pull teeth or anything. He also offered some helpful DIY tips to help with cost. Very trustworthy.

And all with a free estimate.

It really felt like I was his only appointment that day. There was no rush. Brian took his time, and was very friendly. He installed the expansion tank lickety-split, charged a fair price and was on his way.

“The drain that runs from my atrium to the street was running too slowly. I needed to get it cleaned out before a rainstorm. Tim hydro-jetted the drain line to clean it out. When he checked it with a camera, he found a broken section of pipe. At a later date, Alex and his co-worker came out to replace the damaged section of drain pipe. Now the atrium drain flows well. I like this company because they specialize in drain problems, like cleaning and repair, rather than being a general-purpose plumbing company. They aren't cheap, but I think you get what you pay for.“

“Six months ago I had a leak somewhere in the house. So I have found the Leak Detection online and tried my luck. They came, they found a leak under the water heater and they suggested me to replace thge tank since it reached its point of efficiency. So they offered me to replace it with tankless water heater and they informed me that it comes with rebate provided by the department of water and power. To be short they replaced it with tankless water heater next morning in few hours. The job they did was incredibly clean, and no leaks after 6 months passed, in addition my rebate came in few months which offset the total price as if I would replace it with regular water heater tank. “I called Chris on the Saturday and he answered. He told me how to stop the leak until he could get there on Monday. He brought over a leak detection company Monday morning to troubleshoot and find the leak coming from the pipe under my slab. It took them a few hours as they looked at every possible leak in the house; not just the slab. He strategized his next move and showed up with two other very professional plumbers and repiped my whole house in less than 8 hours. He is very articulate in his plans and precise and efficient in his work. Chris is so effortless to have around. When my neighbor saw who I was using, he said if you were to have asked me for a referral for a plumber, I would have said use Chris Villa Lovos. The trust and confidence I have now with my plumber is so comforting.
