I don’t know where to start. He was our savior in the valley heat. He was there 30 minutes earlier than I was told. Figured out the issue right away and how much it would cost and had all the parts in his car. Was done under 2 hours and gave us cold air again. Highly recommend working with Eugene. Don't even look anywhere else, guys are very professional and responsive, Installed new HVAC system when the really old one completely failed, explained benefits of the factory warranty which paid off when found a leak in the system 2 weeks after the installation. The guys are very detailed and professional and want you to be happy! When I called frustrated Eugene explained what to do to help AC working, which really helped! Eugene at Best is very professional, honest and reasonably priced. He never tries to upcharge. Our AC was not working and instead of immediately trying to sell us a new unit, he said he would try replacing a part that may or may not work, but it was worth a try, and it worked. He also suggested replacing our old thermostat with a Nest device because of the convenience and also saving energy. I was skeptical about the need to have access on my iPhone and whether it was worth the cost of purchase and installation. He said there was a rebate at the time, my wife and I agreed, and it is great! Highly recommend him. He is a nice man as well.Services: A/C system maintenance
