I called on a Wednesday and had an appt on Friday, the customer service representative was so nice. ***** the project manager was so helpful and nice when he did my maintenance service.

I hired Socal Climate to inspect my air conditioning system since I had a water leak. The technician Fernando found that the condensation line was clogged. He put a quote together for a repair. He was friendly and thorough with his diagnostic. I'll be calling Socal Climate when I'm ready to get the repair done. Definitely going to recommend to family and friends! Thank you Fernando for your hospitality and for answering all my questions!

SoCal Climate Control was a breath of fresh air after having dealt with other HVAC companies. Every person I touched base with was kind, well-informed, and made me feel comfortable about hiring them to install a new HVAC system in addition to adding vents in my bathrooms and updating some duct work. Each text message, phone conversation, and email exchange was pleasant and informative (thank you Amber and Susie!). When John Lopez showed up at my initial appointment, I had to tell him my house had no power because a new electrical panel was being installed that day.
