I can’t say enough good things about Kelly of Safe and Warm Chimney. After another fireplace contractor completely botched our refractory panel repairs and painting—creating a hazardous situation—I gathered numerous bids to get the mess fixed. Every one of them was sheer highway robbery.
When I contacted Kelly, he offered a fair and reasonable price, showed up exactly when promised, and did an outstanding job to help us complete our fireplace and hearth remodel. He is highly knowledgeable and genuine, and never tries to upsell unnecessary services. He arranged our new log set beautifully, giving us an incredibly realistic-looking fire.
Bottom line: Kelly is honest, dependable, and delivers quality workmanship at a fair price. I highly recommend him if you want straightforward, reliable service from someone you can trust.
