I picked up my dry cleaning today and had a very concerning experience. The owner initially couldn't locate my items, which made me uncomfortable about how customer belongings are handled. When I expressed that I wasn't comfortable returning after that, the situation escalated. Instead of addressing the concern professionally, the employee became dismissive and spoke to me in a disrespectful tone. Mistakes can happen, but how a business responds is what matters. Unfortunately, the lack of accountability and poor customer service made this a negative experience overall. Because of this, I won't be returning and would recommend others proceed with caution.

Last month I was in town on business, I dropped off my suit and two pair of pants. Picking up the next day two minutes before closing, I apologized for walking in right at closing time. The girl said it was no problem at all and continued to help me. Thank you Catherine for your genuine kindness and customer service. I wish there was more of that out there these days.

Terrible workmanship and human being. Shrank three shirts. When confronted about the last one and without asking for anything other than suggestion by staff to stretch, he said I washed it and I brought it in. Then angrily followed me outside sayin he knows the low lives in intimidating fashion after I took it and said I am done as customer here. 55 year old man being called a liar and trying to pull a fast one when i didnt ask for anything and as a matter of fact paid for whatever was dropped off before this encounter,Service: Laundry pick-up
