“Joanne is amazing! She was one of the few people willing to give me a ballpark quote over the phone based on where my bridesmaid dress is from. Everywhere else said I had to bring it in or they charged me a higher price than Joanne's pricing. I just needed a simple trim of the dress and Joanne was able to perform in a timely manner. I even forgot to bring shoes when I had to try on the dress for pickup but she was prepared and had extra! “Jenny is absolutely incredible. She tailors all of my alterations and always does an impeccable job. To date, she has hemmed a vintage wool cape, vintage bell bottom jeans, two bridesmaids dresses and my sister's designer prom dress. She has the skill to do difficult fabrics and completely re-structure outfits. I had a bridesmaid's dress that was horrific (the lining was WAY too tight and tapered, while the netting was baggy and shapeless. She was able to hem the dress, and take that fabric to make a new panel. In the end, it was seamless. The dress looked better than the original that I had seen online. So not only is Jenny incredible at making you look good in a timely fashion, she is very reasonably priced and FAST. big jobs (like the restructuring of my dress) take about a week. While small jobs only take a few days. If you need something dry cleaned or altered, this is the place to take your things.“
