She was incredibly compassionate and kind throughout our whole experience which made such a painful and difficult experience easier to navigate. Furthermore, my mother was prepared absolutely beautifully. She looked like herself--so much so that so many thought that she looked like she was sleeping. Thank you for that! this was surprisingly calm and peaceful for what it is, which honestly made my day easier than I expected. they took care of everything step by step and didnt rush us at all. the room where we had the gathering was actually pretty warm and inviting too, not cold and sad feeling. I guess my only small thing is the parking lot was really tight and we had to park down the street in the rain, that was kind of annoying but Not the end of the world. other people there said they felt really respected by the staff, which I totally agree with. just a really comforting experience overall for something so heavy.
We recently held my father’s memorial service here, and everything was wonderful. The facility was clean, spacious, quiet, and peaceful. The staff were friendly, compassionate, and very helpful throughout the process.
