Our furnace died 2 weeks before Christmas. It was an old furnace that sat outside the house that is no longer made. Mike helped me come up with a solution using a standard furnace and some custom transitions to connect with my existing duct work. Airtec had the expertise and manpower to come up with the solution and get it installed and working before Christmas! These guys were amazing every step of the way. Every member of the Airtec team went above and beyond to communicate and get the job done quickly and professionally. This company is simply wonderful. Their supervisor Mike was honest and straightforward. They replaced our furnace and put in some new vents. Their entire crew was courteous, reliable, competent and wore masks. They were competitively priced with other vendors I called. They made a tiny error with putting a door back on in front of our furnace and when I called the office to ask them to return to make a slight adjustment to the door, their crew had already let the office know that they'd need to come back prior to my even calling. They are the BEST, whenever we need quick service and very knowledgeable technicians, we only call AIRTEC and so should you! The owner DAVE is super when it comes to explaining why we need to change our system or add new technology to fight the new virus threats. They also have a great dude who really answers the phone when you need them, jerry and makes sure that even after hours or weekends, we are covered. Our systems are old and very touchy and need TLC, well the Tech John has over thirty years dealing with our outdated system and manages to keep it running WHEN NO ONE ELSE CAN, he is a magician.
