This office places patients first… from the front desk check-in experience all throughout treatment and after the appointment, I felt like my dental care was in good hands. Gigi, my dental hygienist, took the time to throughly clean my teeth and made me feel at ease the entire time. I usually get sensitive while getting my teeth cleaned but I had no sensitivity at all under her care. Her chairside communication was professional and I felt like she truly listened to me as a patient. Dr. Hedrick completed my dental exam. When Dr. Lee opened her own practice in Yorba Linda, we happily followed her from Irvine Children's Dentistry because we trust her completely. She has a wonderful way of making every visit fun and comfortable while providing exceptional care. We love that she explains each step to the kiddos so they know what to expect. She also walks the parents through each step and helps parents understand the issues and any next steps. We appreciated that when my son was showing the very first signs of a developing cavity on his baby tooth, she didn’t push us to get it filled right away and instead she recommended being vigilant with brushing and flossing to see if we could reverse the decay that way first.
