My family and I have been seeing Dr.Merchant for a couple years now and its been great. I've never been a fan of dental work but here its been a totally different experience. The staff is great, friendly and helpful. They're upfront about coverage and costs. They're great about reminding us of upcoming appointments (seriously, thanks so much). And I've never had an issue with any of the work they've done of my teeth or my kids. Glad to have found this place!
I have been coming to Phillips Ranch Dental (PRD) since the 80's. I moved out of California in the 90's, but when I moved back to the area, I came right back to PRD!
At the beginning of this year, and out of convenience to where I live, I went to another dentist, WRONG DECISION!!
Last Friday, while eating a piece of beef jerky, my front crown came off! I called PRD, after hours emergency, and Dr. Merchant answered the phone. He was so sympathetic to what was happening.
