I was referred by a friend and loved my experience with Dr. Chou and his assistant(?) Lisa. As a new patient to them, I had a comprehensive exam and X-rays as well as my requested teeth cleaning. The staff I interacted with (the front office ladies, Lisa, Dr. Chou) were all courteous and thorough. Lisa has a bright personality that is sure to make anyone feel welcome. The office and waiting area are warmly decorated. The exam room I was in was kept clean, tidy, and brightly lit. I felt I was in great hands throughout the experience.

I've gone through DOZENS of dentists. All were terrible. A friend recommended Dr. Chou and I never looked back. It has probably been over a decade. He tries his best to make any procedures as comfortable as possible and educates you pre and post check. It's a long drive for me each time but 1000% worth it. Staff is also super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Everything is explained clearly and they're communicative so you're always in the loop. There's no point looking anywhere else.
