Rigo and Felix are true professionals. We had a deck, stamped concrete, and a lawn installed by Zecena construction. They provided a detailed estimate for a fair price and delivered a quality job. Their bid included everything to complete the project. Once the job started there was absolutely no haggling . During the project Rigo uncovered dry rot in the existing deck. Felix was on the job within the hour to access what needed to be done. We had a fair price in writing for the extra work a couple hours later. By the end of the day the additional material was on the job, and the extra work was well under way.
