Amazing hot yoga studio with friendly staff and teachers. Lots of variety in the classes from a pilates style workout to restore yoga. My favorites are Signature Hot and Sculpt & Flow!
Great Yoga studio with variety of classes and wonderful instructors, to name a few Robyn, Mona, Lisa, Fernanda! The studio is kept very clean, which is super important to me, and classes are very intimate and friendly. It has been a great experience being part of Yoga6 Walnut Creek.
This is a great yoga studio with many excellent teachers. I’m trying to make it to 4-5 sessions a week and are really enjoying the improvements I feel in my flexibility, strength and balance. Highly recommend for improving health span!
