Honestly I’m so glad I bought a car from this dealership. It’s so nice taking it in for work due to the location. All the service people are so incredibly kind each time I go in. Also shout out Larry who I bought the car from he is hilarious wish him the best.
I've been coming here for 3 years because we prepaid for 3 years of service when we bought our CRV.
First, I want to mention the good. Our last service was with David Gordon and he was very nice. I felt very good leaving our car with him. Two big thumbs up.
Second and the not so good, is this sense that in the previous times (where I wasn't interacting with David Gordon).. a reluctance to service us. I remember the first time we came for service, I was told the prices had gone up. I'm like.. we prepaid for it, we have a contract. The customer service is great, friendly and helpful people, but as others mentioned, waiting 2+ hours for a basic oil change with an appointment is too long. I think that’s how long it takes when I go in without an appointment.
