From start to finish it has been such a pleasure having the team at Swan Pools design and build our pool. Thank you, Mike, Heidi, John, Amber, Roberto, and the hard-working and meticulous crews that completed the various stages! Heidi walked us through ideas, made suggestions, and provided options - and was regularly in contact with us during the initial design phase and as the work began. Mike was on-site regularly throughout the project and very communicative with us at every step, including being in direct contact with the company that did our concrete around the pool so they could align their timeline. From the first meeting when Heidi came to bid our project throughout the 3 month project Swan Pools delivered top notch customer service. Working with contractors can be challenging but they have good systems in place to streamline and communicate things as the project moves along. I found Swan Pools pricing to be fair, I love the quality of work they produced! Mike was a pleasure to see regularly as well as Roberto. Any issues I had, they addressed quickly. I will recommend Swan Pools to anyone who is thinking of putting a pool in. My family will enjoy this pool and hot tub for many years!
John in key to this company. He goes above and beyond to make sure things are done right and if your not happy he will make it right. Even 3 years later, we can still reach out to him for help and guidance and he is always there. Highly recommend!!!
