Sport Clips Haircuts of Walnut Creek - Encina Grande provides a unique experience for men and boys. Customers can enjoy sports on TV and a relaxing steamed towel treatment during their haircut. The stylists specialize in men's and boys' hair care. The business also offers online check-in, allowing customers to choose their stylist, see wait times, and wait for their appointment from various locations. Customers have reported positive experiences, praising stylists for their professionalism and friendly behavior. For example, Ashley is appreciated for doing hair quickly and professionally, with some customers receiving free hair washes and shoulder massages. Theresa is known for understanding how boys like their hair and consistently creating great looks, leaving them feeling good. Kanetra has been praised for her amazing haircuts and attentive service, even accommodating last-minute appointments. Many find Sport Clips to be a reliably good place for a solid haircut at a fair price, with the mobile app making scheduling easy. However, some customers have noted that beard trims can be aggressive and may not meet expectations. For children's haircuts, it is recommended to book with a specific stylist.
Completely satisfied. After cutting my own hair for over 30 years, the last 2 years I had visited 6 places to get the right cut and never returned for a second visit. Until my 7th stop at Sport Clips. Halyna was great. I showed her what I wanted and she made it happen. I will be back to see her again for sure.
Such a great experience. I walked in with my 15-month-old son without an appointment and was helped immediately. Our hairdresser was incredibly sweet and engaging with him, which instantly put him at ease, but also moved quickly (which any parent of a toddler knows is key). The haircut was fast, stress-free, and turned out great — our little guy looked so handsome when it was done. Overall, it was an easy, frictionless experience, and we loved it. We’ll definitely be back.
Theresa knows my son and how he likes his hair, since we keep going there. She always nails the look and he leaves feeling so good! I just wish the price point was lower. His hair grows so quickly!
