I recently worked with Jay and Sound and Video rentals for a small backyard party. Jay helped me decide that the basic AV system package would give me what I needed (2 speakers, 1 amp and 1 microphone that could be used via bluetooth or directly plugged into my laptop.
Jay was flexible for my setup as I misread the delivery time a week before the party, but we were able to sort it out and have the set up done a day early. I probably could have set it up myself, but I didn't want to have one extra thing to do for party setup. Jay let me know a time frame and then called me about an hour before his arrival.

We rented equipment from Sound and Video Rentals for a client's Celebration of Life and it went beautifully. First off, Jay was the only company that responded to my online requests for assistance. He made it extremely easy to order what we needed. Day of, he showed up on-time and although it was just supposed to be a drop-off, he assisted our client/the homeowner with set-up and a brief tutorial. Not one glitch with the system. Even with the wind howling that day. I would recommend Jay and this company every time!
