    I had my first experience with Annie at Rare Byrd Salon this week. I unfortunately entered the salon with my hair looking like a dumpster fire. Bad previous haircut & damaged hair. Annie did her magic turning this ugly mess into a master piece. I’ve received so many compliments already, thank you Annie! A bonus is this salon has a very welcoming vibe. No mean girls, just stylists doing their art. I have made another appointment with Annie. You have a life long client.

    A chill, funky and aesthetic vibe at Rare Byrd. Everyone is nice and look they enjoy being there! Really have loved my visits with Heather. She's incredibly skilled, detail-oriented, so genuine and friendly, and a responsive communicator. I felt comfortable with her right away.

    We did a full demi-permanent at my first visit with her and then a root touch up 2 months later. I love the way my hair looks and feels, and her cutting technique is great too! Can't recommend her enough!

    After deciding to let my hair grow out to its natural dark brown threaded with plenty of silver, I opted for a new salon and stylist to achieve my new look. For fifteen months now, Heather at Rare Byrd has been doing an outstanding job of styling and coloring my hair. What I noticed immediately is that Heather is both knowledgeable and passionate about being a stylist. My hair is fine, yet wavy and full, meaning it is flat on top but widens out considerably as it reaches my shoulders.
