Called for an inspection and got same day service. The price was ideal for the amount of work. After doing the job we will follow up with another update. Amazing photos with great detail to the attention of our new home. Highly Recommend

Paul and his crew with Norcal Rodent Proofing did a thorough job of cleaning out our crawl space ( very dirty with lots of insulation pulled down), placing plastic under the house and repairing holes in under house ducts caused by rodent damage. He likes doing a good job and imparts his expectations to his workers - he notices small openings and does a lot of the patchwork himself. He is willing to also work with reasonable owner suggestions or give feedback based on his experience. Rodent clean up and house proofing is hard and tedious work and of course the rodents can find their way back in after a few years so I will be happy to work with him in the future.
