There is lot to say but it is incredible service I received from the team. Tile shopping is stressful and there is so much details but they made the process of choosing the perfect tile and countertop material completely stress free. They guide me through the different sizes and materials, explaining exactly why certain options would work the best for my space and design. They guide me with layouts, patterns and 3D previews! How amazing is that. Can’t express how helpful it is. They were super friendly and knowledgeable. Didn’t feel any sale pressure at all. After all you feel like you in good hands! I recommend them
We had a wonderful experience working with the Modello team in updating our countertop. They were very helpful and patient with my husband and me in selecting exactly the carrara white quartz counter we were looking for. The whole process was seamless, from the initial review of the counter space, followed by the removal, then the installation. The team was efficient, professional, and answered all our questions. In fact we are now considering having additional work done, as their workmanship and product were truly excellent!
