I've been a patient of Dr Chow-Kwan for many years and absolutely love her! She takes the time to know you and your history (and remembers it all!), listens to you, is thorough, extremely knowledgeable and takes meticulous notes. She has a calm and friendly bedside manner, and you never feel rushed. She has limited office hours which is why it's sometimes difficult to see her right away, but there are a number of others in the practice that you can see.
