I contacted Mr. Marshall regarding a consumer matter and, although he ultimately declined representation, I felt compelled to leave this review because of the exceptional professionalism he demonstrated.
Most attorneys I reached out to responded with a one-line rejection — or didn’t respond at all. Mr. Marshall, however, took the time to write a detailed, thoughtful explanation outlining the legal landscape, the challenges involved, and the reasoning behind his decision. Chuck Marshall is a man of Honor and makes everything for the uneducated simple and Digestible. Anytime this man saw I was struggling to understand something about my situation he would call me even on vacation to be sure that my situation was handled with Respect and got me EVERY Result I wanted He is and will always be my go to involving a case that falls withing his Specialty. I CANNOT Recommend or thank him Enough for his services on all of this! I am beyond happy the nightmare with this Dealer ship is over and EVERY outcome I wanted happened
