I took my brand new Tesla Model S to Main Street Automotive after it spontaneously started pulling to the right. I was able to get a same-day appointment for an alignment even though they were extremely busy. Given that my car is a Tesla with some unique handling requirements, I was a little apprehensive about dropping it off. Upon arriving, I noticed that there were several Teslas being worked on so that gave me a little peace of mind. Main Street Auto found it to be way out of spec on a couple of alignment parameters and dialed it in for me. It drives perfectly straight now. Also, I had just washed my car prior to bringing it into Main Street Auto and when I picked it up, I couldn't find a single fingerprint or any evidence that someone had been in it. They were either careful enough not to leave prints/grease all over it or they cared enough to remove that kind of stuff before I picked it up. Either way, I'm pleased with the outcome. The only knock I would give Main Street is that the front lobby was unattended when I dropped off the car but I'm assuming that is due to me being there at their busiest time of day. That and the fact that their location can be a logistical challenge but as long as the car gets dealt with in a professional manner, it's all good.
As a computer shy individual, I rarely leave reviews but after more than a year after getting my car fixed by Andrei and his staff and being grateful everyday I drive my car, I just had to write this review with my appreciation! I brought my car into Main Street at the recommendation of a local tire store for an alignment since my car felt like it was continually swerving. After their alignment equipment determined that my car was already perfectly aligned, they were able to diagnose the actual problem ("Suspension Strut and Coil Spring Assembly") and as a result, I've been able to drive my car safely and with confidence. My car handles so well now even in windy, stormy weather and that is a huge relief to me. Btw, this "fix" was after years of multiple, expensive alignments with no other resolutions other than my car was too old and maybe should be replaced. I now have a working, safe car! I took my car into this auto repair shop at the recommendation of one of the local tire stores to do an alignment, as I had just purchased new tires. After they had put the car onto their alignment equipment, they came into the waiting area to tell me that the car was finished, but after they had checked everything they determined that the car did not need an alignment. So, "I was ready to go, with no charge". That tells me that this is an honest place--they could easily have said that they had aligned the car and charged me, but they did not. I will definitely return in the future. I think they do quite a few additional types of auto repair beyond alignments.
