A dealer discount was offered on the car I was interested in. Apparently that discount was only available on in-stock cars, which is reasonable but I didn't know it at the time, and the one I wanted was a dealer trade. Upon the final settlement I felt something was missing, despite asking several times beforehand for a detailed accounting. Once we realized what happened -- to their credit -- they made a satisfactory adjustment. For this sale Tony Khalil is the salesman, Nazir Bidar is the finance manager, and David is (I believe) the general manager. Just want to say I just purchased my 2024 Honda CRV !! Tony is an awesome sales person ! He made everything go smooth ! Definitely knows how to give great customer service and feel like he should moved up in position ! Really understood what I was looking for ! now driving a new year car for the first time is the best feeling !!
