Stopped in to get a dress hemmed and honestly forgot to pick it up for a week, they held it no problem. The work was clean, you cant even tell it was altered. Prices are fair for the area, which is a relief because some places charge an arm and a leg. The lady at the front was nice but seemed a little rushed, not super warm but still got the job done. Only thing is the wait time was a bit longer than expected, maybe 10 days instead of the usual 5. I would have liked a text or call when it was ready so I didnt have to keep wondering. Overall a solid place if you need something fixed quickly and well.
A large suit seller utterly failed with my alterations after two tries. My pants were blousy abominations that made me look like I was wearing diapers. But Lusona saved the day! They had to pretty much tear apart and re-create the entire pair of pants too - AND THEY DID SO PERFECTLY!
Even better, I needed an extreme rush because I had to fly to Hawaii for a wedding. I could not be happier.
And last but not least, the two owners (mother and daughter) are so charming! I'd recommend this wonderful establishment for that reason alone.
Fantastic seamstress. My daughter had her wedding dress altered here and they did a great job. Since then I now travel to Walnut Creek for all my alterations. They are truly the best.
