Wow oh wow! I was genuinely blown away by the eyebrow waxing Hailey did for me. I’m usually extremely picky and tend to stick to the same place every time, but I needed a last minute appointment before a trip (I was starting to look like Frida), so I decided to walk in.
Hailey greeted me with such kindness and instantly made me feel at ease. She listened closely to what I wanted but also offered thoughtful suggestions, And let me tell you this wasn’t just a pleasant experience, it was hands down the best eyebrow waxing I’ve ever had. I will 100% be going back.
I've been to many different waxing studios and salons over the past 20 years. Radiant Waxing in Walnut Creek was the best experience I've had so far. My aesthetician was knowledgeable, skilled, thoughtful, and friendly. And despite doing a Brazilian, I was very comfortable and relaxed. The wax they used was never too hot, and the hair was removed well. I can't recommend them enough.
Very clean and hygienic. Wide range of services. Staff are very prompt, courteous, and always do an amazing job. Staff always schedule me in quickly and are very flexible if I do need to reschedule. I just love this location.
