Because I don't trust Kaiser's mental health services, I have no support in mental health services. It's too difficult to get there anyways as Walnut Creek has very busy roads. The psychologist that I was assigned to was no help at all. He's always insisting that I do a group therapy that I refuse to do as I want to have therapy alone.
The staff here are absolutely useless and lazy. Don’t return calls, can’t help to assist with anything, people who probably just look at the clock all day waiting for their shift to end. I’m specifically talking about the people who answer the phones and take calls.
It's a poop show I have no confidence in Kaiser. I would not trust them with my health or my life. Kaiser has gone to the dogs. I can't believe I pay for this. Definitely not renewing my health plan with them
