I joined JumpstartMD 2 years ago to lose my Covid weight gain. Since then I have lost 60 # through their diet, exercise and medication management program. I have reached all my weight loss goals and am now entering the maintenance phase. I highly recommend Jumpstart due to their caring support and effective measures for weight loss. This is a physician supervised program implemented by nurse practitioners and health coaches. They will monitor your vital signs, labs and %body fat as well as hydration and muscle mass. You can attend weekly visits in person or by Zoom if you are away. I give JumpstartMD a 5 star rating.

Long overdue shout out to the team at Jumpstart MD. I have lost over 25lbs and been treated with such respect and team spirit at a time where my health was headed down hill and my regular provider offered no answers. This team of professionals take their time explain everything and help you to give yourself a break and set realistic goals. I truly appreciate this team. Kat, Susan, Rebecca, Gayle are my dream team and the rest of the staff too. Top notch customer service and a huge thank you. If you are struggling check into this program. You won't be sorry! You can be happy and healthy!

My wife and I just completed a 6 month program with our Jumpstart coach, Courtney Pritchard, in the walnut Creek office. She helped us set realistic goals and reset crazy expectations - all without displaying any guilt or disappointment (especially during our 'oops' moments). Courtney's suggestions were always on point and worked time and again. My wife and I did very well under her tutelage. During the six month program, my wife and I lost a combined 60 pounds!
