    I met my client at this office today for a scheduled Dr.'s appointment. I arrived first so I asked the person at the front desk if my client had checked in yet (and I gave my client's name). The representative stated: I don't know who that is;

    I thought it would be clear by asking if my client (and I gave the person's name) had checked in yet that the client had an appointment.

    I repeated myself and the representative then asked what my name was, and I gave my name. The representative then stated I'm sorry there is no one by that name (my name) scheduled to see a doctor.

    Then I had to repeat myself again and explain in detail (so many words) that my client was a patient, here to see the doctor, I arrived first and I wanted to find out if she checked in yet.

    Are the plastic/glass divider's making it difficult for employees to hear? I have a loud voice so it's not like I was a low talker. Or, is this representative just not a very good front office person?

    It was very annoying to have to repeat myself so many times and to correct her that I wasn't the one seeing the doctor. Maybe a better trained person or a sound system to make it easier to hear people talk.

    Geez, they made it so complicated!

    worse reception ever, been speaking to one of the receptionists who was following up regarding an appointment i had book to see a primary care doctor that my insurance covers. Day before my appointment they try to reschedule it due to the doctor being out sick i opted for a video call instead didn't mention about eligibility of my insurance but 20 minutes prior to my appointment i had the receptionist from there office call me to tell me they wouldn't be taking me because my insurance isn't accepted. 4 weeks booked in advance, and they decided 20 minutes prior is a perfect window to tell me that they weren't going to accept my insurance (again it is covered as i was recommended to go here by my insurance since its closest to my area) never dealt with a more unprofessional person in my life, wouldn't even allow me to speak before cutting me off. Wouldn't recommend anybody to go here if this is how they treat patients.

    Would give 0 stars if possible. Just tried to call and make an appointment because my doctor referred me to them. Was not able to reach their receptionist during working hours. Someone picked up the phone, and immediately hung up. This happened 4 times!

    This office is always clean and well run. The front desk is alway friendly and patient in appointment scheduling. The best thing about this spot is my PT Lori Sweet. She is the Most Amazing, gifted physical therapist! She has helped me get so much functionality back! Without her I might have given up on physical therapy altogether! If you get referred to physical therapy here make sure you ask for Lori. She is the best!

    Several weeks ago I had surgery for an acute ruptured appendicitis. I was sent to see a Dr. Uddin at this outpatient center. This appointment was for her to check my staples and incision from surgery and to find me a pritmary care physician. This is what happened: For starters this a horrid woman who should NOT be practicing medicine. She is rude, inappropriate and extremely unprofessional. The first words out of her moiuth were, "You look terrible!" having never met this woman before I did not know how she came to that conclusion. The next words ou of her mouth, after observing the multiple bruises on my arms from IVs and other assorted needle sticks that you get in the hospital,were,"Are you on drugs?" Next she sends me down the hall for a chest x-ray. WTF?? Never introduced herself nor explained the need for this. The next thing I know I,m sitting in the exam room with a nebulizer that contained only water and being told to breathe. Then the next thing I know paramedics and the fire dept. burst into the office and she tells them they need to take me to the hospital! I was never told they were comong, nor did this doctor tell me anything. She never spoke directly to me other than to insult me when I first arrived. She did not even examine my staples and incision, which is the reason I was there. I have no idea what she told the paramedics but they flew in like there was a some kind of big emergency and It scared the hell out of me. I had no idea what I was supposed to do or what if anything was really wrong, So at the advice of my friend I let them take me to the ER. The paramedics said I was fine after a thorough check up on the way to the hospital. The ER staff was shocked and horrified when I told them what happened. This so called "doctor" is one of the worst people I have ever encountered and should NOT be practicing medicine. This was an awful thing to do to someone It was scary at first, but the more I thought about it the angrier I got, I wouldn't wish this on anyone and I hope this review will serve as a warning to other unsuspecting patients, IF YOU ARE GIVEN AN APPT WITH THIS DR UDDIN DO NOT GO - REQUEST A DIFFERENT DOCTOR!

    This place is basically a joke. Long wait for the business office to decide what to do with my insurance; they eventually turned down my insurance, so I had to pay out of pocket. I've had this insurance for two years and this has never happened before in any doctor's office or pharmacy I've been to. I filled out a huge stack of paperwork which my doctor clearly did not have time to read before she saw me; therefore, the first ten minutes of my appointment were taken up going through my already written answers. My doc was professional and courteous, but I don't think she really took my complaint seriously. She also started with the simplest potential problem and worked from there, which was irritating since I've been dealing with related complaints my entire life and I know what feels serious and what does not. This way, I have to come back in two weeks when her remedy does not work, pay more money and take more of my time just to humor her. I spent two days trying to get hold of the business office to get them to pay my insurance, only to be told that's not how it works. I might see a refund for my money in "45 business days," which is practically an eternity, via a submitted claim to insurance. My insurance company specifically asked for information from the doctor directly, which the office refused to do. This has overall been incredibly frustrating and basically pointless. I never want to work with this office again.

    John Muir Outpatient Physical Therapy is fantastic. The therapists are communicative, kind, and very skilled. The front desk is helpful, patient, and have always been very accommodating with scheduling, when they are able. I have been going to PT here for several years and I can HIGHLY RECOMMEND the clinic.

    Very good doctors. Terrible phone service. Long waits on phone and then connect to incorrect offices. Big faceless bureaucracy .
