I have seen Dr. Chipps a number of times and this last visit I saw Shelby the PA in Encino. They have taken really good care of me and have answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend the facility in Encino. Robin Spero
I've been going to the Walnut Creek location for years for regular skin checks and thought I had a reasonably good relationship established. I had a non urgent skin tag removal appointment scheduled and had to cancel it due to a serious diagnosis requiring immediate scheduling of ultrasounds/CT scans/biopsies. The day I needed to cancel within their 48 hour window was a holiday and nobody answered the phones. When I called the following morning I was told I'd be charged $50 because they didn't have 48 hour notice. I explained situation but they didn't care. 5 stars . in my previous review, I was upset due to miscommunication on my part. Dr. Seth did an amazing job. I would recommend him to others. My six month postop rhinoplasty gets better and better. He allowed me to reschedule twice due to a family tragedy. He re-explained how the procedure works and provided clarity which alleviated the tension and anxiety around my procedure.
