I made an appointment with Henry after researching curly hair specialists in Walnut Creek. I have been embracing my natural curls for a couple of years now, but had not found someone who was able to cut my hair the way I wanted, or could replicate pictures of hairstyles I provided. Henry's reviews were excellent so I decided to make an appointment, and I'm so happy I did. He listened to what I said I wanted, and understood immediately because he had the same vision for my hair. I've been a happy client of the wonderful and talented Henry since 2016. I have referred many friends over the years and everyone, like me, loves Henry's technique and his personality even more. Truly a kind and caring person. For this review, I will highlight the experiences of both myself and my family.First, with me. This review is long over do. I had my first hair cut with Henry on February 1, 2019. I connected with Henry through church. It had been about two years since my last hair cut. Henry is very passionate about what he does and talkative which I don't mind because I am an introvert who doesn't really enjoy even going to hair salons, pampering, etc. Henry is great at explaining what he is doing and why. I got a dry hair cut from him which was actually really cool because you can see the look coming together.
