Forma Gym has excellent workout classes with outstanding instructors. Wide variation of classes, Yoga, TRX, Bar, Spin Cycling, Band, Balance, etc. Staff is friendly, cleaning staff does excellent job with classiness.
Forma is one of the best Fitness/Wellness gyms that I have belonged to. The trainers are very good at what they do and the equipment is in great shape. It doesn't have an oversubscription situation where it gets terribly crowded and it has a family feeling to it - you see the same folks. The classes are really good and the instructors are highly qualified. Extremely pleased with Forma Gym!
My main need with signing up for a gym was quality childcare. That said, I almost didn't join Forma due to a negative review of their Kidsville. I brought up my concern when reviewing membership options and they assured me the person in the mentioned review was fired due to leaving children briefly unattended. I took the plunge and joined. After a few months of being a member I can say I am THRILLED with the quality of child care we've received. I honestly feel like for the price of my gym membership my 2 year old is getting 2 hours of preschool. Every day there is a planned activity to keep the children occupied - from ornament making to coloring, to making slime, to using glue sticks to make fun art projects, etc, every day my daughter comes home with a smile. As for the gym, it's relatively outdated but has everything necessary for a quality workout. No fluff which is really all I need!
