The front desk was friendly and informative. Chanel was efficient and very thorough. She was very professional, warm, and friendly! I had three services done with her and made sure to rebook with her again. The training at the Walnut Creek EWC is on point. Anyone that I’ve ever had at that location has been good.
I loved my aesthetician, she was friendly, professional, and fast. Everything was clean and comfortable. I knocked off a star because all hair was not removed. Looking at their menu after; it looks like the area where there's still a little hair is an additional charge and that's disappointing to me. I've been waxed in many places over the years and I've never had to pay additional for a very small "extra area" to be waxed that is clearly in the same area as the hair I had removed.
