My experience during the evening at home after a deep tissue massage in my calves and legs in the earlier afternoon of the same day is that I could feel the blood circulation in my legs for hours til I fell asleep. The monthly membership is a great value which encourages me to relax and focus on my neck and back health. I went in because I'd had a migraine for more than 2 weeks and although it didn't resolve, it definitely made it easier to Bear. As a matter of fact, I enjoyed it so much, I'm going to sign up for their monthly offer and do it every month
