Tom was great! He was extremely knowledgeable about everything related to our pool. He discussed the plan and set clear expectations about what to expect. His setup was neat and tidy. Once he sets up the trailer, it runs unattended and shuts itself off when done. The next morning, he came back to pack up, re-test the water, and give me a game plan to restart and rebalance the pool (which was easy, it was almost perfect).
