I highly recommend this spa! I have been researching beneficial red light therapy and this spa offers a higher level of light therapy that is hard to find. I love that they have the beds that you can go into to do your whole body. These devices would cost so much to purchase, it’s better to come here as you can also go into the sauna and showers after. if I lived closer I’d want to do that every single day!
Now, the sauna is pretty epic. They offer iPads for your viewing pleasure , which you can hold or place in a cabinet to watch, hands free.

What a great experience! My husband and I visited Beem for their Red Light Therapy and Infrared Sauna treatments. The space was very modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The staff member, Abraham, was very friendly and knowledgeable, and put us both at ease. Both treatments were a first for me, and I would most definitely return for both. I found the Red Light Therapy relaxing and the temperature pleasantly warm but not at all hot. Having only ever tried (and not liked) traditional saunas, I was surprised by how much more comfortable the Infrared sauna was for me; I was easily able to enjoy the benefits of the entire session without issue. Oh.....my goodness. My experience at Beem was amazing! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and took the time to give us a tour of the space. They explained the benefits of each service, which I really appreciated. I was given a tote that had a wrap included so you can walk from one room to another without having to worry about changing in and out. I started with a 15-minute red light therapy session, followed by a 45-minute sauna session, and finished with a shower afterward. Everything felt very relaxing and well-paced.
