Aspen Surgery Center

Had to have a sensitive procedure here as a Canadian in the US. This was a difficult situation, but never have I been treated so well at a medical facility. I was able to book within 2 days, and waited less than an hour once at the facility.
I was treated with kindness and compassion and encouraged to ask questions at every step. The procedure was done swiftly and professionally, and my husband was able to be with me during every step (except in the surgical suite, of course).

Very sweet check in employees although the nurses that call you back for surgery could care less about answering any questions for you. In addition to waiting an hour and 10 minutes in the waiting …. I brought my friend in for a surgery and when he was called I asked her a simple question “how long do you think this surgery’s I’ll be ?” So I know when to come back. The nurse agitated said “I don’t know but I know the surgeon is waiting on him now “ and left.
