We truly loved Dr. Gartner--my husband and I both went to her. Her protein powders were wholesome and tasty, and she recommended many small things for smaller and slower changes. What we enjoyed about our interaction was she was not condescending or judgmental and often said, "Progress, not perfection." However, she suddenly stopped coming to her practice, and her PA took over. We had paid upfront, so it felt a bit disappointing that we were given no reason for her sudden discontinuation. It's not the same as seeing the PA. In any case, we hope everything is alright, and she is doing well.
This is the real deal. Knowledge, compassion and holding me accountable for my action on a weekly based really make this a stand out amongst all of the weight loss centers. Real solution for real people, no gimmicks here.
I went to Dr. Gartner early April hoping to lose a stubborn 15 lbs that came on gradually starting 20 plus years ago with menopause. I am 70 years old, very active, workout, eat healthy etc but could not get rid of this extra weight and thought that this is just the way it had to be. Miraculously with one month on 360 MWS plan I lost 8 lbs and by the end May I was down 12 lbs.
