I went to Dr. Gartner early April hoping to lose a stubborn 15 lbs that came on gradually starting 20 plus years ago with menopause. I am 70 years old, very active, workout, eat healthy etc but could not get rid of this extra weight and thought that this is just the way it had to be. Miraculously with one month on 360 MWS plan I lost 8 lbs and by the end May I was down 12 lbs. I could not believe what was happening to my bodyl with the elimination of carbs, sugar, legumes and nuts. A few years ago I stumbled across Dr Anne Gardner's clinic in my years long quest for finding a way to loose weight and control my Type 2 diabetes blood sugar issues. Today I am retired and happily living in Kona Hawaii . When I met Dr Gardner I was about 260 pounds with a blood sugar A1C over 7 and very bad cholesterol levels and ratios. Today I weighed in at 210 lbs (a 50 pound loss) my A1C is in the mid 5's (morning fasting between 95 and 104) and according to my doctor my cholesterol levels are " dead on normal or better" !
