“We used Santa Fe Roofing & Rain Gutters three times! They are our family’s go to company for any needed roofing work. We were first introduced to them when they worked on the side of my roof where solar panels would be installed. The second time was when we had a roof leak in our upstairs master bedroom after the torrential rainstorms last February. Having lived in the East Coast for most of our lives, we had no idea that underlayments under ceramic tiles have to be replaced. Apparently the sellers never replaced it since the house was built in 1986. Santa Fe Roofing gave us a detailed and reasonable quote and did a fantastic job fixing our leaky roof, taking drone pictures and giving us a lot of feedback. We were very pleased with the General Manager Tarey who communicated with us in a timely manner and was very responsive to any questions we had. The roofers were great too. They did not disappoint. They worked on my roof for six days coming early morning and staying until late afternoon. They used protective covers on my pavers and cleaned up after each day. “Rik did a full replacement of our tile roof. His told us exactly what it would take to do the job and his price was fair. He does the estimates and bids himself so he's not paying clueless salespeople who waste your time and pad the bill. And if he tells you something needs to be done, take his word for it. He and his guys removed everything from our roof, replaced damaged wood, then installed flashing, 2 layers of underlayment and all the other necessary stuff. And then the tropical storm hit. No leaks even without the tiles so we know it's a solid job.
