Great company with knowledgeable personnel that explain the problems. I feel positive that we chose the right company for all of our plumbing and a/c concerns. When you have a home, you want to make sure you're investing with the right people to take care of your home (your biggest investment). Actually came 3 hrs earlier than scheduled, courteous, and did all the work in one day.
Chris Andrade was fantastic. He is very thorough and will solve the issue of fixing a plumbing problem. Chris, replaced a couple of pipes to my kitchen sink that were solidly clogged. He made sure I was getting a full flow of water down my drain without backing up. The first replacement didn't do the trick to unclog the drain. He then did a power pressure wash, and it continued to not flow as it should. Therefore, Chris tried a third time, and found a solid clog further down the pipe. My water softener was leaking. Called GOETTL right away. Carmen White came out, a few days later. Due to my work schedule. He assessed the problem pretty quick. We had a leak coming from the main line to washer. What a mess. Thank goodness we called asap. Edwin Carcamo came out a bit later and fixed it up.He kept us informed on what he was doing. Took about an hour to repair.He left everything neat and clean. Very professional.
