1st things 1st Yahooooooo ! (sounds of excitment)Aqualung stepped up and went far and beyond any expectations of mine. Keeping it simple Destiny and Loretta after a brief conversation with no hesitation were able to assist me and make my upcoming dive trip to Honduras 100 % a success. Aqualung stands by their products. I've had trouble with customer service with diving companies leaving me (cough cough, Cressi) on read in the past when issues were raised. After a failure on scuba mask, Aqualung went above and beyond by replacing an entire strap, rather than the buckle that had broken. Destiny helped out and had a replacement sent out within a week. Thanks!

Had a new knife I purchased and there wasn’t a good way to strap the knife. Well I used the clip provided and the knife didn’t hold. I reached out to customer service to let them know what had happened. Well a new knife showed up after showing a receipt of owning the knife for only a couple of days. They sent the smaller knife but they didn’t even need to do what they did sending me another. I do like the way the new knife attaches as well. There’s actual hardware with this knife so I can mount it to my bcd. I don’t know if the larger knife has that capability but it would have been nice to be able to mount the larger one.
