Great and prompt service. My wife called due to our dryer not working, and 2A Service troubleshot, ordered parts and had it repaired in a couple of days. Zero issues, and saved us from buying a new unit.
Andrew just finishing installing a new dual motor for my Ventahood range hood. I previously had another appliance company install the new hood and motor and they had damaged the motor during install. I received a new motor and called at least 3 different companies to see if they could install it. None of the companies would commit and claimed it was a difficult job that only the manufacturer technician should do it. Problem was there was no manufacturer tech near me. Andrew did the job in about 30 minutes with ease and now my range hood runs perfectly. I wish I had used 2A Appliance from the start and I could have saved myself a lot of trouble. Very grateful that he was able to fix our fridge! It was a complex fix and took a few visits but he was reliable, answered texts quickly and did a quality job. My freezer was icing over and he found the problem.
