We had a great experience with Mustafa Thabit when we couldn’t figure out why our thermostat kept rebooting. He not only troubleshot and resolved the issue quickly, he answered all our questions patiently and clearly using the pictures he took while fixing things. We will continue requesting his help whenever we have any future maintenance or issues come up.
Austin and Luke came out today for a problem we have been dealing with on and off for years. They listened to the issue and they actually took time to do a deep dive and find the issue. They fixed the portions they could today and ordered the remaining needed equipment. I think they are a great asset to ASI. If you are lucky enough to have them as your technicians you won't be disappointed.
Our technician Chad did a very thorough inspection of our AC unit. He took pictures of the areas he wanted to look at more closely. He then checked those areas in detail. We were pleased with his expertise.
