Our technician Chad did a very thorough inspection of our AC unit. He took pictures of the areas he wanted to look at more closely. He then checked those areas in detail. We were pleased with his expertise.

Donny, who provided for my courtesy annual plumbing inspection as a benefit of my ASI membership, was very courteous, respectful and acted more maturely than his 19 years of age. I called ASI for a bathroom plumbing issue this week and easily made an appointment for the next morning with a very friendly Helaina and manager Jasmin at ASI Hastings. Outstanding overall service was provided by plumber technician Mr. Eric Lagunas and ASI..
Eric let me know 30 minutes before arriving exactly on time as the ASI office said he would. Eric was courteous, professional and friendly with a positive attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond to help me just as the ASI advertisements say.
