I’ve been getting my hair cuts and colors from Rita my entire life! She’s the best!! She’s professional, she listens and very kind!! She goes above and beyond to make sure you’re looking absolutely beautiful when you leave! She’s very busy, so be sure to book an appointment!!
My mom has been going to Virginia's since moving to Visalia. Everyone of the ladies here is so sweet and interesting to talk with. If you want a pedicure, manicure, hair cut, styled, or colored, they do it all. Can't recommend this place enough.
These women take care of clients of all ages but my favorite thing to see is when the elderly come in the compassion and care is outstanding. My grandmothers been coming for 19.5 years and still rocking it at 83. Thanks ladies and Virgina and Company.Services: Acrylic nails
